Brianne was invaluable to us during the home buying process. We lived in another state when we began house hunting. We came out to look at homes in person and she took 2 entire days showing us multiple homes. When this didn’t prove fruitful and we returned home she continued to show us listings via video and or FaceTime. She advised us when it came time to put in offers and helped us with the negotiation process. Once under contract she was a wealth of knowledge of local vendors for inspections, insurance, utilities, and just the entire process. While approaching closing we had a hiccup with our lender for an error on their part and she jumped into action, made conference calls, sent emails, and like the hero that she is, saved the day and resolved a big discrepancy. I swear I don’t know when the woman sleeps or took any days off. She was always on top of everything and available probably to her own detriment. I cannot recommend Brianne enough, both as a professional and as a person. I have zero regrets and not only would recommend her to friends and loved ones, but would hire her again and again for myself.

Bri was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We moved from out of town and she compiled a list of properties and then spent 2-days showing my wife the homes. Ultimately, we picked one that they had not looked at… only after she sent us a 20-min walkthrough video. Her eye for detail is as good as any inspector. She is kind and more than willing to help. Brianne has been more than exceptional for us when purchasing a house in Waynesville. She has been flexible, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and had our best interest as the priority as our agent.
We would highly recommend her to family and friends.
We are out of town so we did a weekend to look at houses and Brianne was flexible with our schedule and had all the info and route ready to go to make it as easy as possible as we had a toddler and twin newborns with us.
She was dual agent for the house and was extremely fair and honest with us assuring we were getting the best outcome for us! We still had about a month before moving and she was great with making sure any contractors, cleaners, or maintenance people had access when necessary and giving updates after bad storms as it’s peak season.

As the Executor for my dad's estate I was selling his property there in St. Robert. I'd initially placed an ad on Zillow and was soon contacted by a Broker that referred me to Brianne Sides. He texted me and informed me that I could get the initial amount I was asking of $155k (including the Realtor fees!)...I thought yeah right 😶 Brianne was a true breathe of fresh air, I was able to breathe a bit more knowing she was in the ground there working on my behalf. From the beginning Ifelt I could trust her. She is a woman of integrity, with great communication and customer service skills. She will definitely fight for you, there were several times she had to step in for me. Ik it's her job, I still admired her for it. She was even out in the rain and cold picking up debris someone had dumped in the yard herself. I fully believe in giving credit where credit is due. We recently relocated to FLW from Spokane, Washington. I reached out to Brianne after doing some minimal research within the group back in September. I let Brianne know up front I am high maintenance, very detailed, and full Of questions. We started our home shopping two months ago.
