From initial meeting to closing day It was a pleasure to work with Bridget on selling our home of many years. She was no pressure but gave us all the facts to decide if the time was right. She then gave us time to think and let us know she was there if we needed her. When we listed she was always easy to contact and quick with answers to our many questions. When she said she would get back to us…she did , and it was very timely. Bridget kept us on task to meet the deadlines with always plenty of notice. We would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about buying or selling .

With the market not so great right now, going into the house buying process I thought I would only get a for now house BUT Bridget went on the hunt and found my family our forever home. For well over a year Bridget helped my fiancé and I search for our perfect home. Countless showings and so many offers she stuck with us until we found the home for us! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to go through this experience with. As a first time home buyer she made the experience so enjoyable. Even in this crazy market we are in. She stayed calm and cool in every situation and always took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). She explained things in a way that she knew I would fully understand. She is on top of everything and handles any and situations as soon as they arise. I simply wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!

Bridget was amazing to work with. She really went above and beyond to help us sell our Dad's house. He had recently passed away and Bridget made the process so simple and almost easy. Bridget recently helped us buy are very first home. A friend of mine recommend her, and told me she would be amazing. She was all that and then some. Her communication skills were the best. Every single time we sent her a message, no matter what time of day it was she responded within a few minutes. If she didn't have an immediate answer she would let us know, "I'm on it" and she would find out what it was we wanted to know. She was always on time, knew what she was talking about and was so easy to talk to. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to help you find and purchase a home!

Bridget was absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I purchased our first home with the expertise of Bridget. She truly makes you feel as if you are her only clients (even though that’s definitely not the case). On more than one occasion, I texted Bridget close to the middle of the night or at the crack of dawn and even though I expected her to be sleeping (or ignoring business at those times of day), she would reply just as if it was the middle of the afternoon. My husband and I have busy work schedules and she was accommodating and flexible. When things went awry the day before closing (to no fault of ours or bridget’s), Bridget kept her cool and worked insanely hard to ensure we would have a place to live since our rental wouldn’t allow us to stay longer. She goes out of her way to make sure her clients are happy and well taken care of. Thank you, Bridget, for helping us find our home where the dogs and cat run freely!

She did a great job at helping me find a home in my budget which was a big factor in my house buying process. Bridget Ashcraft Is amazing . Our journey starting at being completely new to the area . We started going to open houses and meeting realtors and checking all areas out .Bridget was at a open house showing for another realtor, when we came across paths with her. When we arrived she greeted us with a beautiful smile and started talking to us . She answered any and all questions we had . We loved that she was not pushy and gave us our space to take a look around and we loved that she always told us about the homes, neighborhoods,schools.shopping,etc. Bridget is very knowledgeable. Even though the first home was not it ,when we walked away we knew she would be with us the entire time. We had been to Many open houses and some of the realtors were rude ,and judged us for being young thinking we were shopping out of our price range, or didn’t seem interested that maybe we weren’t serious about buying . That turned us away from them . Anyhow , Bridget began working with us and reaching out numerous times to get a feel of exactly what we wanted or were looking for. We went to many homes , not one time did she make us feel rushed, she let us look around and ask questions . She was accommodating to our needs, as time was a factor with both of us being new to jobs,kids,etc . She was always supportive in any decision we made . Our home was currently on the market in Indiana and once we signed the realtor on ,our experience was horrible with her . Lack of communication was our biggest complaint. Bridget kept working with us while our home was trying to get sold ,and we appreciate a great realtor when you find one . She was it for us . She had great turn around times , she had amazing communication with us. So on this note, we now are closed and own our dream Beach House /Condo. She made the process so smooth. She was so kind hearted and loving to our family ,and help make the stress a lot less throughout this journey . Don’t let one realtor ruin it for you,we almost did,until we came across Bridget. She made the process so smooth all the way until the end . We met as strangers and ended as friends . She is amazing . I am super proud and honored to recommend her and her company! Bridget is more than a realtor. She is a friend and a partner that is with you every step of the way. Having never sold a house before in our lives, we were completely lost. What lighting fixtures? How does the HOA operate? What fixes need to happen? What sells? Bridget was able to puts our minds at ease and made this normally challenging process an easy one. Besides her experience and knowledge as a realtor, she brings the worth ethic and concern of a home owner herself. There are people who can sell a house, but we sold a home. Thanks to Bridget we were able to sell in a short time and know that we gave the next family a secure and safe place to live and grow.
