Bridget Fogarty

A happy “realtor” makes for a successful real estate transaction.

Bridget is a happy realtor because she loves her job. It sounds like a cliché’ but this is her second career, and she never has a down day when it comes to helping buyers and sellers.

She grew up in Lower Burrell and graduated from Burrell High School. In 1981 she graduated from Gannon University in Erie and met her husband Tim in college classes. She received her science degree and worked in medical field for 35 years after graduation.

Tim and Bridget got married in 1982 and have two children. The first 10 years of their marriage they travelled the East coast allowing Tim to gain experience and advance his career before returning to the Alle-Kiski Valley. While Tim advanced his career, Bridget was learning real estate transactions on a personal level. Each move, and there were many, she was a buyer and seller during the relocation journey. She held each experience in her heart and created a passion that she wanted to share with others.

Bridget’s personal experience inspired her to enroll in real estate classes and take her boards. In 2015, she was blessed with her first of four grandchildren, and it was time to make the change! She began her career as a “BUSHA” grandma in Polish as a CENTURY 21 Realtor and has never regretted it for a second.
