I can't begin to express how great it was working with Bridget. She helped us through every step from day one, for six months. There were a few things that I believe really stood out to me about how she worked with us. First, it's very evident that she really cares about the buyers she works with. She helped us understand the implications of the homes and neighborhoods we viewed together, pointing out things I never would have thought about. She listened to us and provided experienced guidance as we narrowed our search and evaluated our options. Second, she was very responsive and flexible. If a home we were excited about came on the market, she would schedule a showing the same day when possible and meet us there, every time. Third, she never pushed us toward anything we felt uncomfortable with, and even helped coach us in situations that could have put us in a potentially risky position. And fourth, she was willing to negotiate on our behalf for our interests every time the need arose. Buying a house can be very daunting and at times tense. Bridget helped alleviate our worries by managing discussions with sellers and their realtors to help us get a fair deal on both offers we had accepted. In the end, we found a home and neighborhood we love at a price we feel good about. I can't recommend working with Bridget highly enough.
