Bridget was very knowledgeable and kind. We wanted a local agent to represent us as sellers in McDonough. Someone familiar with the area and market and the ability to bring the right buyers to our home. As soon as she listed she posted on social media as well as the MLS and we were under contract within a few weeks. Being that we were moving across country, she was expeditious in accommodating our needs. Bridget was always on target with the current market condition and communicated strategy to get the house sold. She was always available to answer questions which gave us peace of mind. When looking for a new home in Sun City Peachtree, Bridget advised me against buying one home I considered because she didn’t feel the asking price was competitive. Then, at 7 am a few days later, she sent me a new listing that was perfect for me. (I bought it.) Overall, Bridget is ethical, highly professional, a great communicator (responsive/clear) throughout. Bridget was amazing, she was thorough with ever house we looked at and always had our family’s best interest in mind. She was very flexible with when we could look at a houses and always worked around my family and work schedule. If my wife and I had a home we liked we looked at it either the same day or the next. We started the home loan application on Jan 3rd 2022 and Bridget and her lending team had us in the house on Feb 16th 2022. Bridget and her lending team where able to turn what I thought was going to be a 6 month- 1 year process into 1.5 months. If you are looking for a real estate agent please look no further because she will get you in a house you love and is there for your home buying needs and questions whenever they come up. If I ever decided to move again I will definitely be coming back to Bridget and her team at Vandyk!

Bridget is an exceptional realtor. She works diligently and tirelessly on every home sale. She is very professional and caring. I highly recommend her. No matter what your needs are she will work very hard to fulfill your wishes. If you have never worked with Bridget in the past, let me tell you what I'm talking about. I met Bridget via a home site listing and after being shown the property, it didn't quite meet my requirements. After that, I began to search for other properties for my family from North Georgia to South Georgia. Bridget ended up showing my family and I well over 30 properties that were not even her listings. Here's the thing though, Bridget never once pressured us into signing any type of Broker agreements or anything. That is Bridget Tindall. She's more concerned about the person than a contract. Bridget was awesome to work with. She was available every time I had a question, which was quite often. Bridget went above and beyond in working with us on the sale of our house, guiding us through getting it ready for showings and then advise for choosing the best one to sell to.
Now we are on to completing the process with the purchase of our new house in Carrollton! We are building this one and again her knowledge and help has been invaluable.
I would certainly recommend Bridget Tindall to anyone for a realtor, she does a great job!
