Bridgette Shuler

She grew up in Boone, NC, which is tucked in the Blue Ridge Mountains 2 hours North of Brevard. She graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a BA in Journalism and met her husband while at UNC. Once married, they moved to Florida’s West Coast where she enjoyed a 12-year career in Group Sales & Marketing with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. About 6 years ago, her husband and she were actively looking for a smaller town in the Blue Ridge Mountains that offered a simpler lifestyle and a quainter setting in which to raise their two young daughters. When they found Brevard, with its wonderful downtown, local art scene & unique restaurants, Brevard Music Center, the multitudes of protected forests & waterfalls, not to mention some of the best public schools in North Carolina; they knew they had found their town. Discovering Connestee Falls was just icing on the cake for them. With its natural beauty, pristine lakes for swimming & boating, swimming pool, tennis courts and miles of hiking trails, they knew they had discovered a wonderful oasis to live & raise their girls. They moved here 6 years ago, and they are still as sold on Connestee Falls as they were when they first arrived. As a realtor who lives in the community, she enjoys helping folks find a home that is perfect for them, as well as showing them all the wonderful things they can expect if they choose Connestee as their new community. Although she considers Connestee her specialty, she is happy to show properties in other areas of Transylvania County as well.
