I would recommend Brieyana to any veteran I know moving to the area. She’s been nothing but phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. When there were issues from other parties involved she made sure they were handled as soon as possible and genuinely cared about us going through the process with as little stress as possible. I believe as a veteran herself she is more capable of putting herself in our shoes when using a VA loan. If we ever decide to sell or buy again in the future I will 100% be reaching out to her.

Brie was amazing! We looked all over the area and she was incredibly well versed on the different towns and different types of properties. We've worked with a few realtors at various times in the past and Brie was hands down the most well versed on the VA process- whether it was existing or new construction. We weren't the easiest clients, but Brie never gave up on us. The professionals she recommended to assist were all friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't recommend her enough.

When we moved to the area from out of state, we had no idea how difficult it would be to buy a home with the current conditions. Brieyana assisted us and advised us all the way through the home buying process and is a pro in regard to VA loan purchases. She navigated us through the red tape that would arise and saw us all the way through to closing. From the very beginning she understood our needs and preferences in a home and made good use of our time when doing site visits and making offers. She also has the best hardworking legal team and lender she works with. All of them made the process much smoother. I have never met another realtor who takes a personal interest in clients like Brieyana does. She found us our dream home and has truly been a blessing.

Brieyana is a force to be reckoned with. After struggling to have an offer accepted with the first realtor we chose, Brieyana was recommended to us for our purchase of a home with a VA loan. Our first realtor didn't understand VA loans or how to make them appealing, but Brieyana does. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are satisfied and getting a safe home worth living in.

After struggling with the first realtor for so many months, working with Brieyana was a breath of fresh air. I honestly cannot emphasize enough how easy she made the process for us. I knew she was going to bat for us, and I was confident that we would have an offer accepted on our terms.

My husband and I worked with Brieyana for only a few short months before she helped us buy our absolute dream home in New Hampshire! With us being stationed in England, she was always super responsive and eager to help regardless of the time difference. Ms. Santana is absolutely the best Realtor we have worked with. This includes over 40 years of experiences with various agents. Our purchase would not have been possible without her expert skill! We were looking for a specific type of property with an indoor pool which she was able to find for us in excellent condition and perfect location. Doesn't get better than that. She has also been an excellent source of knowledge in finding excellent people to assess and work on the new house.

We were referred to Brieyana by a coworker, and we couldn’t be happier that we were!Brieyana helped my wife and I find a place to rent in Somerville within a month, all around the craziest moving season of August-September. Brieyana was incredibly helpful, candid, and supportive through the process. She gave us a massive and personalized list of apartments and houses to search through to find our best matches. We had the privilege of working with Brieyana as a buyer’s agent during the strongest seller’s market in history. Despite the extreme challenges facing buyers during this type of market, Brieyana performed stupendously. Even when we were frustrated and stressed, she remained steadfast and kept us focused and calm. We are an active duty military family who relocated from California to Massachusetts. Because of our unique situation of trying to buy a house from the other side of the country, Brieyana had to work extra diligently to find and show us houses over video chat. She never faltered, and we were simply blown away at her willingness to drive half way across the state and back to look at houses for us since we couldn’t do it ourselves. As a military veteran herself, Brieyana knew exactly how to address our needs with not only house hunting remotely, but with recommending top lending options as well. She took our desires in a home and saved us so much time by recommending properties with layouts that really worked for our family. In addition to her continuous positive attitude, what impressed us most was her tireless tenacity. She never gave up despite multiple lost bids. And her perseverance paid off! We ended up with the home of our dreams. Often times real estate agents disappear after the purchase and sales agreement is signed. Not Brieyana – she was with us through every step in the process all the way through closing and beyond. She interfaced with the sellers, the lender, and constantly kept us informed. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother escrow. We had a great experience with Brieyana. We were looking for a rental in the Wellesley area and found a lovely house. We don't live in MA so she did a few FaceTime viewings for us so that we could see the houses we were interested in. She gave us great insight on the areas we were looking at. Brieyana was incredible to work with! We first connected in February at an open house where she had offered to help us. That night she had sent us a homebuyer's guide and other helpful information and offered to setup a zoom call. She asked for what we were looking for in a home, took our list and provided us updates as often as she could with new houses on the market. She provided us extra information on each home we toured and gave us extra insight on the market and potential offers. She was also great when it came to setting up showings for us that timed out well with each other. When it came to offering on a house, she came up with an effective bidding strategy, helped us fight for it, and ultimately led us to purchasing our new home! Brieyana continued to work with us through closing, and was able to quickly deal with any hang ups to help provide us with an ideal outcome.
