With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Brigette Bell, founded B2B Investment Properties LLC with one simple concept in mind: provide the highest level of real estate brokerage services representing buyers and sellers. B2B Investment Properties LLC is intentionally a small company with a specialized focus. Brigette is committed to delivering “big company results” by leveraging the vast networks of national real estate services companies with neutrality and an end goal of helping to identify the best investment opportunities for her clients and bringing the most qualified buyers to her client’s properties.

Brigette Bell’s background includes owning, managing, and leasing investment properties. She has also managed, acquired, developed, and sold properties on behalf of large corporate clients. She spent over twenty years working for national brokerage firms. Additionally, she has worked as a commercial appraiser. She has appraised industrial, retail, and office properties as well as vacant land. Her uniquely diverse background provides valuable real-world perspective and insight into identifying real estate opportunities with the transactional expertise to assist her clients.

Brigette Bell graduated from the University of Denver in 1981 with a double major in Real Estate and Finance. She has both a managing broker’s license in the State of Illinois and the State of Colorado under B2B Investment Properties LLC.

Brigette Bell maintains membership in the National Association of Realtors, the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, and Midwest Real Estate Data Multiple Listing Service.
