Briseida Avelar! The best Realtor in the DMV. You can tell she loves what she does. Started my home journey without any knowledge of what I was getting into. Bri has a lot of patience and will work with you and help you understand anything you don’t. She always makes herself available to her clients and is very attentive to what is going on. Briseida is the best of the best realtor! From her First Time Home Buyers Consultation to the closing of our purchase, she was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She walked us through every step of the process and was on top of everyone else who was involved in the process (from the loan officer, the processer, to the title company). n June 2022, my husband and I decided it was time to purchase our first home. Our baby is due in a few months so we knew we needed to get this process moving quickly. Briseida came recommended by a friend and we are beyond grateful to have met her. From the start, she went above and beyond expectations. I was completely overwhelmed with my husband being out of state but Bri was there for me every step of the way. We understood how competitive and fast paced the housing market currently is and expected having to make several different offers on homes. On our second day of viewing homes, we found the perfect home. We made an offer that aligned with our budget and honestly expected it to be rejected. To my complete surprise, Bri made it happen!!! She was even able to get repairs completed that came up during inspection. I still can’t believe that the first offer we made, was accepted. Today, we got the keys to our home! Words can’t describe that amount of gratitude we have for Bri. She is truly a miracle worker. Once again, thank you Bri for all of your hard work and dedication in making our dream come true!
