Britt Cottrill’s career in real estate started in 2004. As a resident of Coto de Caza for 13 years and San Clemente for 15 years, she has tremendous knowledge of Orange County and the current market. Before beginning in real estate, Britt graduated with a BA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Arizona. She moved back to New York City and started a career with Glamour Magazine in Publishing/Advertising Sales. Following that she worked for over a decade with Elizabeth Arden both in New York and in Los Angeles/Orange County as a Territory Manager. This sales, marketing and finance background has been the perfect steppingstone into real estate sales and negotiations.
Britt’s work ethic, communication skills and follow up provide her with the right tools for servicing all her clients, from first time home buyers to second home estates. Britt has successfully represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in sales and leases for 17 years.
Britt currently lives in San Clemente with her husband Bobby. She has two daughters – Kendall who is an ER Nurse in a Los Angeles Hospital and Avery who just graduated from University of Oregon.
