When I started looking for a relator; I never thought I would have a person who I would want to keep around as a lifelong friend! Brittany came into my life in early December of 2021, she was referred by a friend. We talked and I told her my goals for becoming a home owner, and the importance of my son having a safe space since he has Autism. She said we can make it happen. A few months into the process I lost my brother; and wanted to give up. Brittany was the best thing that happened to me; she was patient, attentive, empathetic. We have laughed, cried and celebrated together. Brittany is strong, knowledgeable and dependable going above and for her clients to get the deal done and the keys in your hands to your home. Brittany was an amazing realtor. I had been looking for a home for almost two years with my previous realtor and lender. After disconnecting from the and taking a small break from looking my boyfriend and I connected with Brittany. In just three short months we settled on our first property with ease. Brittany would always go the extra mile to make sure that we were able to get into properties that we were interested in. She’d also schedule similar properties in the area for us to also view. She knew her stuff and if she didn’t know she’d follow up with the answer. I’ve referred her to so many people! She’s simply amazing and we’re so grateful to have had her as a realtor. We can’t wait to work with her again for the purchase of our first investment property

Brittany went above and beyond in every aspect of our homebuying experience. We thought we knew what we wanted, but she found something better. I have never spoken with a realtor who genuinely listened to my wants before. We ended up purchasing a home that Brittany threw into our line-up because she had a feeling that it was a great fit. She was 100% right. Brittany's combination of fabulous listening ability and outstanding negotiation skill is a rare and comforting find. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Brittany is probably the best thing that happened to us, when we decided to relocate to Pennsylvania!! Not only is she a hard working professional who knows the ins and outs of real estate, but she is a very friendly and warm person. After the first few showings, we felt as if we were being accompanied by a friend and not a hard core realtor who would push you into a deal. She understood our taste very well and would immediately weed out the ones that were not ‘meant for us’. When the time came to put in the offer, she advised us the best! Also, the paperwork was hassle free with her. We would definitely recommend Brittany for your real estate needs!!!

If you are ever moving in philly seriously look no further, please do yourself the favor and work with Brittany. She is so available via text and call, she is thorough, and really wants to help you find a new home thats right for you. My boyfriend and I moved into our dream apartment in society hill with our dog, even though the owner originally said no pets, because Brittany took the time, made phone calls and helped us negotiate with him because she knew how bad we wanted this place. can’t recommend her enthusiastically enough!
