Brittany should be your first choice when selecting a realtor in the DMV region. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and will fight for your best outcome. She is flexible: my wife and I went from renting a place to buying through her seamlessly. In one of the hottest (seller) markets in recent memory (Spring 2021) Brittany got us to close on the first offer we submitted, and then negotiated over $14,000 in seller's credits on our behalf - all through a VA loan to boot. As second time home buyers, the details of how she went above and beyond were not lost on us. I highly recommend Brittany.

As buyer clients, Brittany understood that we were interested primarily in buying a property, but also in renting, and did not hesitate in helping us tour both categories of properties, even though her gain from a rental would have been much less. She patiently guided us through countless properties and offered her opinions where they were helpful. She was tremendously valuable when it came to not settling, as she always let us know when a home that may have been enticing on its face didn't meet what she knew were our hopes. When it came time to make offers, Brittany worked extremely quickly in putting our materials together. She'd set us up early on with a stellar lender and this made our offer process very smooth. Additionally, Brittany was seemingly always available, putting offers together for us no matter the day or time. Working with Brittany as buyers was a dream!

Brittany Made buying a house such a breeze! If you are in the market and getting your soul crushed by insane cash buyers offering 100k over asking price and you just feel like giving up, don’t! Reach out to Brittany instead!

I was a first time home buyer, in the market for over a year with no luck of getting my offer accepted. Then I found Brittany online. She is extremely professional and hard worker! She was available 24/7! Goodness, she would respond emails/texts immediately and sometimes even at 1am in the morning 🤦‍♂️ she showed me houses with 2 hours notice and put in competitive offers within hours. She is so dedicated in finding her clients their forever home that she even showed up at a home viewing on a leg cast.

And oh, did I mention she is was an army captain👩‍✈️ ? In this cut throat market, you need an agent that can put her foot down against sleazy sellers!

I can go on and on, but at the end , all I can say is; She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Thank you so much Brittany

I’m not a fan of writing business reviews partly because I forget or I’m too lazy to do one; however, Brittany is an exception. My wife and I left Florida and we were living separately for over a year. She had a one-year overseas remote tour while I attended law school in a new state. After completing her tour and returning to the U.S., we had to quickly find a new house. As Murphy’s law would have it, we knew it would be difficult to buy a house quickly due to a high seller’s market and the ongoing pandemic.

Luckily for us, we found Brittany through one of her coworker’s because Brittany’s real estate license covered additional areas (i.e., Washington D.C., Maryland.) Brittany also worked tirelessly with and for us in the morning, afternoon, and night — and when I say night, I mean wee hours at night. At one point, I briefly could not search for a house due to a loss in my family but Brittany continued to help my wife search for a house in my absence, which I’m truly grateful for.

Additionally, Brittany gave us honest feedback about houses and community areas. We truly appreciated her going out of her way to quickly find information if she didn’t know it offhand and providing us recommendations on inspectors, design ideas, and shopping locations.

My girlfriend and I were looking to move somewhere in the DC/Arlington area. We had a range of where we wanted to live but didn’t know exactly what area would be best. Brittany took us around and showed us some really nice places. But what ended up selling us on our current apartment, was thanks to Brittany herself finding the place on her own time after seeing our criteria. We never would have seen our current apartment if she had not recommended it to us. She was so helpful and took her time with us, especially because we were not from the area. She always responded to our questions promptly and did an excellent job overall. She always got back to our emails within a day, even on the weekends. Thank you so much Brittany, we could not have gotten here without you.

Brittany is hands down the best agent we've worked with. The most amazing thing about her is she listens to you; and takes great care to find a home that meets your needs...she won't lead you down any rabbit holes or search for something that is not within your liking or budget. We gave Brittany some pretty tough parameters (e.g.,school with certain program, near my job, within our budget). Plus, we gave her a tight deadline to try to find us a home. Needless to say, she managed to hit out of the ballpark. Even after we moved in, she continued to stay in touch and made sure we settled into our new home nicely. If you want someone who cares, listens, professional, and a great agent overall, Brittany is the agent to work with.

Brittany was an amazing realtor through such a difficult time. Because of the pandemic my wife and I had to search for houses in Northern Virginia remotely. On top of that, the housing market itself in the area is extremely competitive. Brittany went above and beyond, always responding quickly and getting out to showings, usually being the first one there so we could put our offer in first. Her tenacity and guidance paid off when we got the perfect home in the perfect location. Brittany was so amazing. We had to buy our home virtually and I trusted her implicitly and I'm glad I did. Not only did she she show us some wonderful properties, her responses were very timely, and she was easy to get a hold of. When we went under agreement she was so patient and helpful as it was my first time buying a home. Not only was she wonderful helping us find a beautiful home, and through closing, she continued to assist us as needed with the property as we were still not in the local area. We could not have asked for a better realtor! Being first time home buyers (and looking to purchase said home while out of state) we were unsure of the process and had a ton of questions. Brittany guided us through the purchase with ease and answered all our questions along the way. The housing market in Alexandria is insane at the moment but Brittany didn't miss a beat. She was very timely with getting into homes so she could virtually show them to us. She was also very thorough and honest throughout the showings, helping us to find the perfect home and neighborhood for our family. 10/10 recommend!!

Brittany Dixon has been such a blessing and a great help. We were moving from Germany to Maryland with two boys under 3 and two cats. We were stressed about being able to locate a rental and having to locate one when we arrived without having a car.
Brittany and I were stationed together 6 years ago. When I posted I was moving to Maryland she reached out to me to let me know she was now a relator and also covered the Maryland area. I reached out and asked her of she also covered rentals. She notified me that she did and she was the greatest help.
She set up my search engine for what I was looking for in rentals I would get notifications when a new listing would appear and I would contact her to find out further information. Even on the opposite side of the world from me she wouldn't take long to respond back to me. We would work out a time and she would give us a call and we would do a video walk through with her. She would let us know the condition of the house.
We found our new rental a few months after working with Brittany and she took care of working with the rentals agency for us. All we had to do was fly into Maryland and text the landlord when we arrived.
