My wife and I were looking for some business real estate in Hemingway. Brittany was the listing agent. She was AMAZING. Well groomed, well dressed, very positive, warm, light-hearted personality. Brittany Dollard's Investor 101 course was the push I needed to make me feel I could become an investor. I took the course in March and closed on my first property in July. My journey is just starting and it hasn't been the smoothest, but I haven't felt overwhelmed by it all because I was prepared. The course covered obtaining financing, how to build a team of professionals to assist in the renovation process, and how to market your property. It was very beneficial, I highly suggest it for anyone considering investing in real estate.
