It was a delight working with Mrs Brittany and I gave her the houses I wanted to look at. She came prepared with paperwork on each house. On the way to the last house on my list she got there before us and came out to me. Her words were this is the house its beautiful. Then ask me a number to remember and we made a bid on this beautiful house that I have right now. She spoke with me when 8 was scared of buying and got me through it. She is a very compassionate person and excellent to work with.

for several years now...and with no regrets!!
She marketed and sold one of my homes in a month, cutting her own commission to make this tough sale happen...That's dedication!! In spite of having two small children to raise, she made the time always to make a multitude of showings for me, when looking for that special property to buy...and after looking at over two dozen properties, I finally found the one I had been looking for!! Closing went flawless!!
