Brittany Fischer

Born and raised in the Midwest, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Miami University and quickly found myself in the real estate industry. I’ve spent the last ten years specializing on the finance side and I transitioned to being an agent so I can help advocate for homebuyers from the beginning. I use my industry experience to help you navigate the process whether buying or selling by partnering with the lender, when applicable, making sure you understand every step of the way from the terms of the contract and initial numbers to signing at the closing table and everything in between. I knew immediately SellState Next Generation Realty was the brokerage I wanted to join from ethics to professionalism and I was fortunate enough to meet Laurie Ann and become a part of The Truluck Team.

I’ve spent the last several years working for a builder and I built my own home from the ground up right here in Ocala. In new construction, a lot of times once the contract is signed, clients feel left in the dark. Helping clients find the right community to build their homes and truly understand the process is my passion!

My better half is a Marine Corps veteran and I find it very rewarding when I get to help other veterans and first responders. We made Ocala home and I look forward to helping you do the same!
