A big public THANK YOU for Brittany. We interviewed Brittany and several other realtors, and Brittany really stood out with her willingness to help. My mother is a bit elderly and needed some extra help with things, and patient explanations. Brittany was SO HELPFUL. She found reasonable and responsive professional contractors to help with repairs. She always took extra time to explain things for us. She also found a great estate sales professional, who emptied the entire house and turned it over cleaned and ready to get listed.

If you're selling a home and might need a little extra help, like I did (I live out of state), then Brittany is your realtor!

My husband and I began our property search a few months ago. We were looking for a very specific place--something in the city but also on the water. Brittany showed us several homes, before we found one that was just right for us. She was never pushy or in any way made us feel obligated to make an offer. When we finally found a property, she secured a showing within a few hours of us calling her, and she helped us put in an offer that same night.

Throughout the process, Brittany was an advocate for us as buyers. If we had any issues/questions, they were quickly resolved/answered. She had a great list of contacts to reach out to for pricing on anything we saw we might want to update--just so we'd know what "we were getting into." She went above and beyond on anything we asked of her. One night, she even made a trip over to the house well after dinner time to snap some photos for us (we had a question on something).

We will be selling our home in a few weeks, and we will definitely be using Brittany. Looking for someone who is patient, kind, diligent, reliable, and quick to respond? Look no further. 5 star experience all around!
