About Brittany

My name is Brittany Shutts, and I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes since 2017 in Tennessee and since 2021 in Virginia. I moved to Tennessee in 2016 with my husband, and together we’re raising three rambunctious boys—so negotiating contracts sometimes feels easier than negotiating bedtime. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the ball field cheering on my boys.

I’m honored to serve as the Principal Broker for my company in Virginia and to work with our Relocation Department. Having moved states multiple times for my husband’s career, I know firsthand that relocating is equal parts exciting and exhausting—kind of like parenting! That experience helps me connect with clients on a personal level when they’re making big moves of their own. Whether you’re buying a cozy starter home or a million-dollar dream property, I believe everyone deserves a knowledgeable (and patient) advocate in their corner during one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

I stay active in the real estate community through my local Realtor® Association, where I’ve served on committees, task forces, and as a board member of our MLS. Community service is also close to my heart, which is why I’ve been delivering meals with Meals on Wheels for the past two years.
