Brittany is amazing!! She just handled 2 deals for us - a purchase and a sale. She knows the business and the market. We were under contract in 17 days on our sale and 24 hours on our purchase . She was on top of both deals and was in constant contact with us. Answered all our silly questions and kept us calm as our stress level grew!! We truly felt like we were her only clients!
If you are buying or selling Brittany is the only realtor to use!! We're sorry our deals are done because we sure do miss her!

We have worked with Brittany twice in the past few years to sell our two properties, both a condominium and a single family home. A true professional, Brittany’s attention to detail is impeccable, and her knowledge of the marketplace is top of her profession giving us the best possible advice and transparency throughout the sale. Recently, we worked with Brittany through the Covid-19 pandemic as were transitioning to a move to Nashville, and Brittany was able to negotiate a very good and fair price for our home during a time of uncertainty.

Brittany is very professional, patient, kind, passionate about her work, and responds quickly! She is very easy to work with and really cared about our journey to find a new home in a new city! She started out as our realtor but ended up our friend! We are moving from Indiana to Florida, which is very stressful. Brittany has been there every step of the way to relieve a lot of the stress. Brittany worked very hard to get a buyer for our Mom's condo in Estero. She kept us informed every step of the way, and was open to our feedback. We would get weekly updates with web views of the listing, and notes about showings. Her team set up open houses regularly, and she came with buyers ready to look.
