Brittina Gaskins is truly an amazing agent! My wife and I moved to Hampton Roads in April in a bit of a rush and needed to find a house in a hurry. We found Brittina through a family friend and we couldn't be happier we found her! As new homeowners we needed as much help as possible as we knew nothing about the process of buying a house. Brittina was very patient and understanding in what we needed in a home. Throughout the building process of our home whenever something looked off or not to our liking she went straight to the builders and got it fixed for us to insure our first home be perfect! She went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more thankful for that!

Brittina is a amazing agent to work with. She will walk you through the whole step and make sure you understand what’s going on. One thing I love about her she will tell you what’s for you is for you. She told my husband and I many times not to worry she had us and she did. She helped us close with a lender in 14 days. We will be using her again when we build from the ground up. Please if you need a amazing agent that will pick up when you call she is the one.

Tina was very patient, professional and communicated with us throughout the entire three month ordeal, As first time homebuyers, the process was very intimidating but Tina held our hand and explained each step of the way. Brittina Gaskins was my life saver it has been a troubling two years of looking for a place to move and I was having no luck at all. I reached out to her for advise and assistance and although rental properties aren’t her field of business she still made the time to give me a helping hand. I passed it on to a friend who landed a new lease in a matter of a few days. I’m signing my lease on Monday to a beautiful home in the perfect location of my family.
It didn’t matter to Brittina that this wasn’t a sell for her but that she was able to help someone and for me that speaks volumes. When I’m ready to buy she is my ONLY GO TO PERSON she is without a doubt the person I will refer my family and friends to. The app she sent me to help me look for a new place was the absolute best none of the others compare. When it comes to providing high quality service with a personal touch of real care and concern for the person in need Brittina Gaskins exemplifies what that really means. I am a first-time homebuyer and of course, I had several questions throughout the process. Brittina was patient and understanding with me. She listened to my concerns over which house would be best for my family and helped me stay within our budget. As I was being sent documents to review and sign, she was able to help interpret all the paperwork. I truly couldn't ask for a better realtor to be there when we made such a monumental purchase.
