Brittney Bonds is amazing 🙌 we met her at the bridal show that my fiancé and I attended. We were working on our credit at the time. Once we got to we’re we needed we got ahold of her. She was so helpful thru the whole process and gave us the best lender. It was a huge roller coaster to get the house we bought and we all learned a lot with it. Brittney never once gave up and did everything in her power to make everything work out 💪 I highly recommend her!! She will go out of her way for you and make sure you get yourself a house!

I just moved here from California. I was lucky enough to meet Brittney Bonds with Keller Williams here in Missouri on a great recommendation from my real estate agent in California. (Whom Brittney also represents)
I had quite a wish list to tackle.
Brittney was such a hard working advocate!! She found and took me to every home that met my needs. She wouldn’t let me settle for less than I needed. She encouraged me to hang in there and we’d find “‘my perfect house”.

Brittney Bonds is the greatest realtor I have ever dealt with. Being in the Air Force and flying a lot did not make me an easy client to deal with, but Brittney was so patient and listened to my needs and desires. Throw on top of that the fact I bought and sold my house in less than a year due to life changes and you can see just how good she is at her job. I even made quite a bit of money at the end of it all. She's is fierce in her pursuit of happiness for her clients and I recommend anyone who is in the market in the St. Louis are to work with her.

Working with Brittany Bonds was the BEST. She was extremely patient with us as we planned to move from Texas to St. Louis without any really time table. Brittany got right to work though, building a profile on us with our wants, likes, needs, etc. and always sending us houses popping up in the market.

Once we were in St. Louis, Brittany was always making herself available and sending us new houses as soon as they popped up. In this insane market, her sense of urgency was much appreciated.

What I loved about Brittany the most was how real she was with us. She explained everything to us in a way us first time home buyers would understand. She was there with us to ask sales agents questions we wouldn’t of thought of. She was not salesy to us. If she knew we didn’t like a house, she was the first to get us out of there and on to the next. She wasn’t in it for just getting the sale, she was in it to find us the home we dreamed of and she crushed it!

From the beginning to the end we could of not been more pleased with Brittany. As I said at the top, it was the best!

I cannot say enough good things about Brittney. She professional, knowledgeable, and honest. She walked me through the sale of my first home, and went above and beyond while doing so.
Her pricing recommendations were spot on. She was quick and thorough during negotiations.
And then we get to my inspection. The report was a NIGHTMARE. Major outdoor repairs were needed within a short window. The problem was that negative temperatures prevented the work from being possible. The buyer refused to accept credits and demanded the work to be complete before closing or he’d back out. Brittney found resolutions for every single problem I had. She saved the deal. And she got a higher return than I was expecting. I highly recommend!
