Ms. LaHayne's consummate positive attitude and can-do attitude regarding buying a home virtually made a normally stressful experience more like a breeze. She specializes in helping long distance customers with home purchases making communication key; she went out of her way to be available to communicate with us despite our 7-hour time difference (we were in Germany at the time). Her understanding of the Omaha real estate market and her industry is a mark above the rest - there was no question that she did not have a helpful and accurate answer for. There was never a time that she didn't seem to drop what she was doing to go look at a home that we were interested in and with each home she looked at she made detailed videos giving us confidence in our home purchase. Her use of social media to create a private space to store video tours of houses for us to view and review was extremely helpful and novel to us. I have to repeat a point about her can-do attitude; we originally had a different realtor who told us we should not bother trying to purchase a home with a VA loan; however, when we switched to Ms. LaHayne, her attitude was the opposite and she really helped us get nearly everything we were looking for (we actually were able to buy a house at list price). After the sale, Ms. LaHayne continued to help us with home improvement specialists and detailed instructions on how to set up our home in the US from overseas. We feel lucky to have had her as our realtor and I truly feel she earned every cent of her commission.

I was listening to Dave Sidoni's podcast "How to Buy a Home," which I highly recommend, and he discussed the importance of getting a unicorn real estate agent:) I contacted Dave and he connected me immediately with Brittney. Brittney was absolutely phenomenal from the word go. Being a military family herself, she understands the difficulty of hunting and buying remotely and she was SO helpful. We’re currently stationed states away and moving in February, but were fortunate enough to come out a couple times. Both times we visited, Brittney made sure she was available to tour with us. When we found a house we wanted to see, but weren’t going to be in town soon, she scheduled a time to walkthrough it herself on Facebook Live so we could ask questions. Brittney is the most hands on with her clients and we can’t thank her enough. She’s helped us with recommendations for everything we could dream of in the Omaha area, from coffee shops to which Target she likes best. She’s done everything she can to take care of us and make sure we were comfortable. Buying a home while still overseas was really daunting and honestly we were not excited for it. But after linking up with Brittney, the process was better than we could’ve ever expected. Her communication and quick response throughout the entire process were unmatched and I cannot say enough about how detailed and wonderful she was. From doing virtual tours at the beginning, to going back to check on our home and thermostat after closing, she was absolutely amazing. We were so thankful for Brittney’s help during our first time buying a home. She was extremely well versed in the VA loan process, which gave us peace of mind. She hit the ground running, helping us find a home we loved before we even made it to the state, and even helped us work out a place to stay while we waited for closing. She was there to help, every step of the way, even taking crazy calls from us late on a Sunday evening when we had some pipe issues in our new home and didn’t know who to contact. What I appreciated most about Brittney was her organized and streamlined preparation for every step of the process. From pamphlets explaining the process to videos explaining what to expect next, we never felt unsure or blind for one minute during the process. Having to sell our house so we could move out of state during a global pandemic seemed a bit overwhelming, especially since we had never sold a house before. Brittney made the entire process extremely easy, with her checklist and included services including stagers and top of the line pictures. We had 2 offers on the table within 24 hours and ended up selling our house over asking. I can't recommend Brittney enough. Back when I was young and cool (well, cooler), I moved many times in the military and worked with a few realtors. I have never been happier than my wife and I were with Brittney. We lived in Maryland while searching for our new home in Papillion, and she was all over it for us. I can’t thank Brittney enough for the first class exemplary job she did for us with the circumstances being what they were. The process and the“hunt” was super enjoyable and exciting. She communicated with us so well and I just can’t express our gratitude enough for her making it a painless process. As a first time homebuyer I had my reservations about navigating the real estate waters but I couldn’t have had a better realtor. We are now excited to start some projects on the house and of course furnish and decorate. Brittney and Ben make a great tag team. As an active duty service member house hunting out of state it was less than ideal but I can honestly say that with Brittney the process was as smooth as can be and I never felt like I was missing out on any elements that I would have gotten in-person. When I did fly in for the closing and saw the home myself it was exactly what I had expected from Britney’s virtual tour without any surprises. There was a time zone difference between us and plenty of distance but I never experienced any lack of communication and she answered any and all of my questions throughout the days. In short, Brittney and Ben were spectacular with us and it’s not a surprise because it’s very apparent when I interact with them that they love what they do.

Brittney was amazing through our moving process. We originally didnt plan on moving, but fate stepped in. We were ready to buy a house, but wanted to know what our options were in the neighborhood before committing. Brittney showed us a house we absolutely loved, sadly it sold without them telling her. With determination we were able to locate a lot open in the neighborhood. Brittany helped us with every step we took. To meeting with the contractor on the blue prints to driving all around town with us to pick out lighting, countertops, and flooring. Her experience truly helped with asking questions we wouldn't have even thought to ask. Not only did she help us find our dream home she sold our house in 24 hrs. Yes you read that correctly 24hrs. Brittney put us in contact with an amazing team that helped stage and clean our house. With her clever wording and amazing picture we had offers flying in. She was able to talk us through what they all entailed. When one offer fell through she quickly placed it back on the market and again it was sold quickly 48 hrs this time. I don't know what we would have done without Brittney. You will not be disappointed working with her.
