Brittney is who we can describe as a Go Getter! We were told that purchasing a house during this time would be difficult and stressful. Adding being a first time homebuyer to those ideas, was the topping on the cake. However, Brittney helped my boyfriend and I to stay grounded and to get our offer accepted instantly. Not to mention, beating out other offers.

As I sit in our HOME and type this review. I have nothing but great things to say about Brittney. She was available anytime of the day, amongst being a mom of little ones! I appreciate all the time that she has invested in our journey and it would not have been complete without her as our realtor. I’ve known Brittney for over a decade and when she became a realtor who ever would imagine she would become mines. I’m not speaking on just friendship but she definitely was responsive at my smallest concern and professional. She got the job done in a heartbeat and also snapped my fiancé and I back to reality if we were pushing it or trying to go beyond means. She answered every question, reached out to every person, and fought day and night for the best for us. Searching for a home during Covid-19 has been a huge struggle. We started back in March and during a pandemic, long waits (had to reapply), a sellers market, disappointments and all she always managed to make us feel at ease. I’m so happy and blessed to call her my friend, but so proud of her as my realtor.

Brittney Lewis is an AMAZING REALTOR! She listened to my needs and what I wanted in a house and succeeded in finding me the one. My expectations were challenging because it meant finding a diamond in the rough in Washington, DC which was already saturated with houses out of my price range. Still, Brittney found it and the results are so positive. The house is already worth more than I paid. Brittney worked with me during the process and continues to check in with me to make sure I have everything I need to be successful in my house purchase. Brittney is a true gem! She had our townhome under contract in just THREE days! Not only is she a true real estate professional, she’s knowledgeable, extremely reliable and patient! Brittney is always a phone call/text message away! She always has our family’s best interest at heart- so much, she’s currently working on finding our forever home for us because we couldn’t do it without her! We have definitely built a lifelong relationship with Brittney. Selling and buying with her have been awesome as she uses all of her modern day resources and technology to ensure the job gets done.
