Brittney Testerman Griffith is an established Realtor in the Greater Nashville area and an active member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Tennessee REALTORS, and Greater Nashville REALTORS since 2007. In 2015 she studied to get her broker’s license, became the managing broker of Avenue Real Estate and was offered the option to purchase the company. Without hesitation, she took up the opportunity to become the owner/broker of Avenue. "I never dreamed this is where I would be in my career today, but I am so excited for what the future holds!" Fast forward to 2021, and she decided to give up the managing broker role to focus on her clients and work with one of the top real estate companies in the nation - Compass.
Born in Knoxville, TN, where her family owns and operates a Realty/Construction company, Brittney has resided in Nashville for 29 years. She attended Holy Rosary Academy, Father Ryan High School, and The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she graduated with a degree in Marketing and a minor in International Business in 2007. While there, she was also a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.
Brittney's passion for real estate was apparent at an early age, and over the years, she has gained a great understanding of the real estate market. "I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because I'm experienced because I'm professional . . .and because I care. Working with buyers and sellers is a partnership, and we have to work together to get the results you want", states Brittney. She considers herself a Nashville real estate advisor and absolutely loves what she does. Working with both the buyer and the seller to achieve the most desirable outcome for her clients is the most exciting part of her job.

In addition to selling real estate, Brittney serves on the Father Ryan Board of Trustees, was on the 2015-2017 Great Nashville Realtors Board of Directors, is the past Habitat for Humanity chair and past Young Professional Chair (YPN) for GNAR, is a past volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House, was on the Father Ryan Alumni Board, a past member of The Junior League of Nashville and co-chaired their Club Twenty-Two Fundraiser in 2014.
In 2013, 2014, & 2016 Brittney was honored with a Gold Award from GNAR, selling over 30 homes each year. For 2015, 2017, 2018, & 2019 she received the platinum for selling more than 35 houses in the calendar year. And in 2020, she received a Sapphire award. She is currently a Life Member for receiving an award for five consecutive years.
Brittney currently resides in the White Bridge Neighborhood with her husband Patrick, their 3 children: Cecilia (5), Davis (3), Charlotte (1.5), and sweet pup Maddie.
