It didn’t take her long at all to deduct what we were looking for in a house, what was a must, and what would we could live with and without. I know some realtors will show you a few houses and then give up if nothing was found. Not Brittni, she’s dedicated to finding you the perfect house. She strove to get our bid in and keep the process moving forward - despite obstacles. Brittni deserves 10 stars!!

Edit: just bought my 2nd house through Brittni. I said it once and I'll say it again; if you choose her as a realtor you will have the best home buying experience there is. So many realtors want to get you in a house as fast as possible to just get their cut of the sale. Not Brittni. She cares about you as if you were family and will work WAY too many hours to ensure you're happy with your purchase. I can't say enough good things about her, please, if you're looking to buy a home, contact her. You won't be sorry.

First time homebuyer here. As of today, I closed with the help of Brittni. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would. It has been an incredibly easy and informative experience. Working with Brittni was like working with a family friend who has known you her whole life. She'll find you the best deal, give you a run down of everything to expect now and down the line owning a home, and I felt that her top priority was finding a home that was best suited for me.
There's an ocean of realtors out there but if you want someone that actually cares about you and where you end up then you need to give her a call.

Amazing realtor. My occupancy inspection required me to repair a ton of things in my house (electrical, deck work, painting, yard cleanup, etc).
