Buying a house in Nashville can be, uh, challenging. Enter Britton; we started working with him MONTHS before we bought, laid out our expectations, and he helped to shepherd us into our first purchase.

We visited a few different properties with him, then COVID struck, and we maintained a perfect balance of “see these places” while staying socially distanced. The best part of all of this, is Britton was very attentive and had a super care-free attitude, but great work ethic. When we needed something/help he was there, but he wasn’t pushy or difficult.

This was our first home, and he helped us to navigate some of the pitfalls we could have otherwise missed. He assisted in negotiations in realistic ways, and didn’t treat us like a meal-ticket.

Bottom line: I recommend him to friends when they’re looking, and I’d recommend him to you as well. I hope you find your next place to live, and I hope you give Britton a chance to help you find it!

As first time home buyers we didn’t know much about the process and Britton was so helpful! He answered any questions we had and made sure he kept us updated with the process once we found a home to buy! He made the process super easy on our part and couldn’t be more thankful we chose him as our realtor!

I met Britton at an open house in 2018 and was impressed with his professional but laid back manner. I had been looking for a property in Nashville and the surrounding area for four years, both on line and in person, without a lot of luck. Britton was happy to follow my lead, showing me houses I found online and suggesting properties he thought we would like. Two years later, we found a property that is perfect for our retirement. Throughout the process, Britton impressed me with his knowledge, recommendations, and patience. New construction is always a bit stressful, but living 800 miles away during a pandemic created additional complications. Britton was there for me every step of the way. He even took me on a FaceTime tour of my home during the early stages of construction and relayed my concerns back to the builder. He also had some great recommendations for blinds and a glass company to mirror a wall in the exercise room! I can’t recommend Britton highly enough. He is absolutely great!
