It has been a number of years since Brody helped us get our home just outside of the city of Huntington. He was recommended by a friend and the person we were renting from at the time. Finding a home can be a process, and quite frustrating at times. Brody walked us through it and got us to the place we are now living. There were a few hiccups along the way. Honestly, the house needed work but we knew that moving in. No regrets. We appreciate you Brody!

My mother inherited a house in Barboursville and we had no idea how to begin the process of selling it while living in Virginia. A neighbor told us she was very pleased with her realtor, Brody Nash, so when I discovered he is a top-selling agent in the area, I reached out to him. He made every effort to meet us quickly despite his family vacation plans. When we met, I was struck by his professionalism, his depth of knowledge about the housing market, and his friendly and accessible demeanor. Brody was honest about issues that might affect the sales price of the house and offered excellent solutions to address some of these issues. He provided the names of individuals who could do some minor repairs and cleaning, and that was invaluable. Perhaps the best testimony of Brody’s expertise, though, is the fact that the house sold in four days and above the asking price! Working with Brody Nash has been a positive experience and I can enthusiastically recommend him as an outstanding realtor.

Brody helped us buy and sell our home. He is incredibly well versed in the Barboursville area! He was very patient when searching for the right home. He understands that sometimes you walk in and immediately know something is not right for you, he doesn't push you to look at something you don't want. Not everyone is like that and we really appreciated his letting us take the lead in that way.

Brody Nash was an absolute pleasure to work with! We were first-time homebuyers and he had so much patience with all of our “dumb” questions. He was very knowledgeable about the area that we were looking in as well as the homes we viewed. He really worked with our schedule, even when he was out of town for a conference! We told him what homes we wanted to view and he made it happen all in one day! He was able to point out things in the homes that we would have otherwise missed and we’re so glad he did!
