I live out of state, and Bob saw that many things were completed as needed. He provided me with great local contractors, and followed up on their work. There were delays associated with the closing of the property...not Bob's fault. He kept me updated on all needed information. If I was to sell or purchase a property in the Manatee area, I would ALWAYS use Bob, ALWAYS recommend Bob! He is involved with the organizations that protect and promote profession real estate.

My husband and I were first time home buyers when we used Broker Bob & All Brokers Realty to assist us. Bob and his team were extremely helpful and made the home buying process manageable and enjoyable.

Bob was in constant communication with us from start to finish, making sure we had all of the background we needed to make informed decisions, and was always available to answer our questions. His team curated a personalized timeline for us so we remained on track for our closing date - everything went so smoothly! Bob himself is extremely knowledgeable - not only in regards to home buying, but about Bradenton in general, which we truly appreciated and found helpful.

While the home buying process can be daunting, Bob and his team made it so manageable - we cannot recommend Broker Bob & All Brokers Realty enough!

I am an out of state Realtor previously based in Bradenton so I had high expectations from a Realtor.I knew of "Broker" Bob's wonderful reputation and chose him and his team above all others in the area to sell my Bradenton villa. I chose well.. He didn't disappoint. He and his team were professional, informative...keeping me in the loop at all times...and ultimately sold my villa for what I believe to be a record price for that model in a relatively short period of time. ......for full asking price! I am very pleased with Bob's professionalism and performance....and recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy or sell

When it came to selling my house I could have gone to a big name company but I chose All Brokers Reality with Broker Bob Grant. He is very honest and extremely knowledgeable of the area and he has been in the business for a long time. He knew just what the market value is and with his expertise my house sold in 34 days. He always had a smile on his face even if I did not know what to ask. His explanations helped me understand the real estate business a lot more. When we decided to sell out home in Bradenton Fl, a good friend said to call Bob Grant. I did, and could not be more pleased with Bob’s help and professionalism.

Bob got us an estimate of our home’s market value and kept us updated over a 6 month period as to any changes in the market value.

We ended up selling our home to our renters of 7 years. I offered to pay Bob for his service even though we did not end up listing the house with him, but he refused any compensation.

Bob is outstanding to work with and I highly recommend his service if you have a property to buy or sell in the Bradenton / Sarasota area.

Bob definitely knows his market! He is very hands on and engaging, with us every step of the way in navigating through the sale of our home, as well as the purchase of another. In the end we were able to sell our home in a timely manner for a price that we were very satisfied with!
