About Brooke
As a third-generation Louisville realtor, Brooke Miller has an excellent feel for the local market. As one of Louisville’s consistently top-producing real estate professionals, she passionately strives to provide a seamless, pleasurable experience with constant dedication and integrity more than anything else. With more than 15 years of experience, Brooke doesn’t just help you buy or sell a home, she helps you create a brighter future. She enjoys collaborating with buyers and sellers and brings a wealth of experience, straightforward professional guidance, and enthusiasm to every transaction. Her strong work ethic along with her creativity and strategic thinking benefits clients in a wide range of transactions, from cottages to multimillion-dollar homes.
Even before making the move into real estate sales, she used her knowledge of the market to transform older, forgotten houses into modern family homes. A lover of history and a sucker for a project, Brooke bought her first house (an 1890's Queen Anne Revival) in Cherokee Triangle in 1997 before falling in love with a 1928 Tudor Cottage mess in Reidlonn/Crescent Hill. Brooke currently lives in a funky 1980's Contemporary in the woods with her husband, two teenagers, two dogs, and plenty of woodland creatures that manage to sneak in. Having remodeled many of these homes herself, she offers a unique vision on how to make almost any home a dream home. This keen sense of current design trends is invaluable to buyers and sellers alike.
Brooke is active in her community and enjoys spending time in her neighborhood and eating at all the fabulous restaurants that Louisville has to offer. In her youth, Brooke rode event horses and competed from Florida to Canada. Now she prefers trail riding and exploring in Oldham County with her equine companions.
