Brooke was exceptional in all facets dealing with the sale of our inherited house, which was located over 400 miles from my primary residence. She handled numerous phrases, from facilitating those responsible for necessary improvements right up to the actual sale of the house. Her communication skills were first rate, as was her ability to research any questions/concerns, which were many, considering the distance. In a very aggressive real estate market (spring/summer of 2022), her knowledge of the market, prices, time frame etc., were all correct. We, as sellers, did benefit from her knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism and sold our house quickly and above asking. Go with Brooke!!

We recently sold property in Spotsylvania VA and began by interviewing different realtors. Our choice, Brooke Miller, really impressed us. We also began looking for a new home in Stafford at the same time. Selling and buying at the same time is not easy but the diligent work by Brooke and her team handled both and got it done. We were able to close on our property and 2 days later close on our new home thanks to them. They managed a lot to pull that off & always kept us informed and was always one step ahead. Last year my wife and I decided to move to another location in Fredericksburg so our son could attend Riverbend High School. We own and run a very busy medical practice, so the thought of finding the time to sell our home and find a new one in 9 months was distressing to say the least.

We contacted the vice president of a very well-known bank in town to ask for recommendations for a good realtor. He referred us to Brooke Miller without hesitation and said she would be the best person with whom to work.

Brooke managed to find our dream home and sell our house in the same month! During the process she was so patient with us. We went back and forth between building or buying a pre-existing home a few times and Brooke never pressured us either way. She must have shown us 30 homes and made sure she found the perfect house for us. Her knowledge of the buying/selling process was truly impressive (I’m a CPA so I’m not easily impressed), but what was more impressive is how she could walk into a house and identify potential problems/issues that were not easily visible to an average buyer. She was always on time for showings and never rushed us through a home. She wanted to make sure we figured out what we truly wanted in a home and was willing to take the time to make that happen. Because of her patience and all her hard work, we found the house in which we will happily retire.

During the selling process, Brooke sent a professional stager to the house to make sure it was in tip top shape for showings. She also sent the best photographers to take the official pics of the house for the listing. The pictures looked so professional and really highlighted each room’s appearance. It only took a few showings before we received a fantastic offer. Our house was sold for the highest price in our neighborhood this summer!

Words cannot express our gratitude and appreciation to Brooke and her team accomplishing the impossible...we sold our house for top dollar and moved into our new home just in time to register our son for high school. Brooke has all traits that a top real estate agent should have. She knows and understands the local real estate market and her attention to detail is off the charts. She’s honest and has high ethical standards and most importantly she is a problem solver. She took care of every single issue, whether complex or simple, that came up throughout the process quickly and proficiently.
