Brooke Sims, a Savannah native, has spent over a decade helping clients navigate the local real estate market with care, expertise, and a deep connection to the community. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Mathematics, Brooke applies a highly analytical, detail-driven approach to every transaction. Brooke is deeply committed to her community, volunteering as a youth basketball coach where she mentors and supports young athletes. Her involvement with local teams has given her a deeper appreciation for the community and the families who make it so vibrant. Brooke and her husband, Joey, are proud parents of their four children—Nolan, Luke, Grier, and Jack. They love enjoying Savannah’s local dining, exploring its beautiful landscapes, and cheering on their kids in all their pursuits.
