About Brooks

Brooks is a member of the KIKO auction family and has been full-time with the company since 1996. He is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, and the Ohio Association of Realtors. Brooks is also a member of the Akron Rotary. He is on the Board of the Rotary Camp in Portage Lakes, a member of the Home Builders Association of Portage and Summit Counties, and a member of the Great Akron Chamber.

Brooks has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Akron. He received his real estate license in 1997 and his auctioneers license in 2001.

Brooks and his wife, Janey, actually met at one of the many benefit auctions Brooks performs each year. Brooks and Janey reside in Green in the Portage Lakes area. If Brooks is not at an auction or giving keys out to a new home he just sold, he and Janey are on their pontoon on Portage Lakes enjoying the sun. Brooks believes in a hard days work and loves helping people achieve their goals as well as his own. Brooks can help buyers and sellers achieve their goals every day by offering many options when it comes to selling and buying real estate. Whether it's selling a home, buying or selling investment property, or dealing with an estate, Brooks can make turning assets into cash very simple.
