Bruce Baucum

Bruce Baucum is a 1988 graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. He has been actively selling real estate in the Fort Worth/Dallas Metroplex since 1994. Professional affiliations include memberships in the Greater Fort Worth Board of Realtors and the Society of Commercial Realtors. Bruce is a past chairman of the Bond Finance Committee for Northwest I.S.D. and is currently serving on the Long Range Strategic Planning Committee for Northwest I.S.D. He is Vice Chairman of the Northwest Communities Partnership, a committee of community leaders in northern Tarrant, southern Denton and southeast Wise Counties. He has been an associate with Patterson & Associates since its' inception in 1995.
