This was the first home buying experience for my husband and I. Bruce took his time and made sure that we were comfortable and shared his knowledge throughout the entire process. He made us feel like family and checked in with us regularly. We enjoyed our process with Bruce and at the end finally found a house that we can make our own thanks to him.

In a day and age when customer service is lacking on so many levels it is so refreshing when someone goes the extra miles, yes miles, to ensure the customer is satisfied, and that can be found with Bruce Bauss. Bruce bent over backwards to ensure every i was dotted and every t was crossed. Bruce was in constant communication updating me of every aspect of my real estate transaction. When there was an issue with a questionable air conditioning unit Bruce was all over it to ensure a satisfactory outcome to the issue.
I can’t say enough about Bruce Bauss except that Bruce needs to be your agent for your next property purchase or sale.
