Bruce has lived in Boulder since 1972. From 1983 until 1992 Bruce along with two other partners owned four of the largest and most popular magazines in the Boulder County area. In 1991 they sold the magazines. At that time Bruce started a rewarding real estate career and never looked back.
As a long- time member of the Boulder community Bruce has provided professional expertise to hundreds of buyers and sellers. Bruce's formula for success is... "genuinely listen to your client's needs." What do they want? How can they get it?
Bruce has excellent professional connections, intimate knowledge of Boulder, and a media marketing background. He loves helping sellers and buyers make the difficult decisions necessary to successfully achieve their real estate dreams.
Both of Bruce's children were born in Boulder. And both graduated from the University of Colorado. Over the past forty years Bruce has volunteered and participated with organizations such as the City of Boulder Open Space Advisory Committee, the Energy Smart Program, Shining Mountain Waldorf School, The Wilderness Society, The Boulder County Restaurant Association, Always Buy Colorado, The Naropa Institute, the Boulder, and Denver Chambers of Commerce, the BNI Flatirons Networking Group, and Airbnb. Bruce and his wife Susanna have hosted over two hundred Airbnb guests and visitors to Boulder.
