I purchased a house last year with Bruce. I can’t recommend him enough. He went over and above throughout the process. We went to A LOT of showings and he remained patient and supportive in lining them up to ultimately help land the right place for me. In looking for a home in the foothills, Bruce’s knowledge and experience were invaluable. There are unique considerations to be aware of when evaluating a mountain home, like heating systems, wells, septic, structural concerns, etc. It was huge having him by my side throughout the process as I looked at a wide array of properties. And when there were some challenges to work through with the seller, he was able to help us navigate them and get to the closing table. While I didn’t sell a house with Bruce, I saw how he approached the process with other clients and again went above the call of duty to help them prepare their homes for sale. I would certainly use him to sell my home in the future. I highly recommend Bruce!

Bruce was an incredible agent to work with! He was very responsive and provided great attention to detail in all of his products.
