Bruce Lai

Bruce Lai is currently a Real Estate Advisor and a certified international property specialist at Coldwell Banker Cupertino.

Born in Taiwan, Bruce immigrated to California. He studied at SFSU and earned a degree in business and hospitality management. After graduating, he proceeded to work in various job positions including hotel concierge, appraisal assistant, as well as Federal Jewelry Auction associate, and restaurant part-owner. Being passionate about the service industry, making a move to real estate was a natural fit for Bruce. In 2011, with the encouragement from friends and family, Bruce began his real estate career servicing in the south Bay Area.

During his free time, Bruce enjoys both watching and playing sports, traveling. He is grateful to have an amazing group of friends, family, and strong company support.
