Bruce Morris

Bruce Morris has lived in the NRV for nearly 25 years. After receiving his bachelors and masters degrees from Virginia Tech, he taught several courses at VT and led Cooperative Extension programs throughout Southwest Virginia. Bruce started his real estate career in college by managing a portion of the family’s rental portfolio. He furthered his knowledge of real estate by starting and operating a residential construction and remodeling business. Since 2010, Bruce has been purchasing and remodeling homes in the NRV for rental or selling purposes. In 2017, Bruce and Austin Cummings started a local real estate investing group and networked with local real estate enthusiasts. Bruce finds his joy being able to use his skills to educate people on how to increase property values and get the most return on their real estate investment. Bruce is an entrepreneur at heart and has several local businesses. He likes new challenges and is not afraid to work hard for others. He uses his construction knowledge along with his real estate and business acumen to serve buyers and sellers in the local market. Bruce loves to meet new people and network with investors. Most of all, he wants to provide value for others, whether it is locating homes for first time home buyers or for helping someone look for investment properties.
