Prior to the last 9 years as a Real Estate Agent, Bruce was a Loan Officer for 5 years, which gives his clients an upper hand in working with a professional agent, who understanding how the whole home buying and selling process actually works, from both sides.
From Short Sales, REO/Bank Owned properties and Real Estate Investments, to Single Family Homes, Multi Dwelling Units, PUD and HUD homes, Bruce has extensive experience as a Real Estate Agent.
