Bruce Smenner

Bruce Smenner has been licensed real estate professional for over 3 decades. He understands the apartment business. Bruce started his career working for Sawicki Realty Company and spent over ten years with them in the property management business helping manage 1,500 units.

He joined his dad Dick Smenner in apartment sales in 2000. Dick spent over 50 years specializing in apartment sales in Northwest Ohio and Lower Michigan. They were the only team that specialized in apartment sales only, they did not lease or manage properties- strictly listing and selling apartment buildings and Bruce carries on that tradition.

Over the past 2 decades, Bruce has been involved in more than $500,000,000 in transactions. There are not too many apartment buildings in the Greater Toledo Area that have not been sold by Bruce.
