From the minute he meets you for the listing information, he is already looking at the property to see what we need might need to do, to make it an easier more appealing property. He even went out of his way and spent hours on a weekend moving boxes out of the way, organizing the rooms so everything looked spotless. His communication is top notch you always are kept up to date on what is going on, including feedback from showings and what we need to improve on. Bruce is an experienced realtor he knows the business. He was always available by phone and email. He was always available to look at houses with me. He has good experience and knowledge about closing and making sure that the client you're getting a fair deal at closing. I appreciate his recommendation and advice about getting a home warranty. He brought in a great home inspector show me pictures of what was broken or deteriorated or needing repair and Bruce was able to submit those repairs to the seller and the seller was reasonably compliant. There was a 2% cash back request at closing and the sellers were complaint with that too so Bruce is a great guy

We met Bruce when we were buying our house. Bruce is very professional and knowledgeable realtor, he responds to calls, texts, emails with in a few minutes. What I love about Bruce is his honesty, if he is not sure about something he would never try to feed you with non confirmed information, Bruce would honestly tell us that he would research the subject and get back to us. We gladly refer our son to Bruce when he was buying his first house. Our son was very impressed with Bruce and his first experience in buying his house. Now, our daughter is having the same great experience, she is in the process of buying a house too. We would refer Bruce to our family and friends knowing that he will do everything possible to find them their dream homes.
