Bruce Theobald

Bruce specializes in selling condominiums, townhouses, and apartment buildings in the Lincoln Park, Lakeview, River North, and Gold Coast neighborhoods. He has collaborated with many first-time buyers as well as investors. In addition to selling real estate, Bruce is also an active real estate investor. He owns numerous rental condominiums.

Bruce received his law degree from The John Marshall Law School, in Chicago. He graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign with a B.S. in Real Estate Finance. He is also a graduate of the Commercial Pilot Training Program at the University of Illinois’ Institute of Aviation. Bruce is originally from Evanston, Illinois. He has lived in Lincoln Park for the last 20 years. In his spare time, Bruce is an avid boater and can frequently be found on his boat in Chicago’s Diversey Harbor.

As an attorney, Mr. Theobald is the author of a professional publication "Security Deposits and the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance" (2014). Copies available on request.
