Bruce Williams

Raised in New England, Bruce and his wife Jean migrated to Raleigh from Boston in 1997. After 20 years in the “Triangle”, they moved to the Wilmington area drawn to the coast by their home in North Topsail Beach and the vitality, diversity and beauty of the southeast NC coast. Bruce developed his passion for real estate in the Raleigh market working as a team with his spouse, Jean, serving and assisting investor, first time home buyers, relocation and rightsizing clients with buying and selling properties. Bruce brings experience from a long career in technology sales and marketing for both startups and Fortune 500 companies to real estate. He offers a unique and fresh perspective to Intracoastal Realty's clients that is simultaneously customer focused, entrepreneurial, structured and data driven. With an innate ability to work with all stake holders, he provides a thoughtful and focused approach to each and every transaction. Bruce graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, MA with an MBA and later earned a post graduate certificate in Geospatial Intelligence from Penn State. In his spare time, he enjoys time on the beach with friends and family and volunteering in support of hunger relief with organizations such as the Interfaith food Shuttle and Share the Table.
