Bruce Wiltzer

Bruce is thankful to have grown up on a northern Michigan farm that taught him a good work ethic. As an adult, he has transitioned from farming to becoming a dairy hoof trimmer. He established and maintained his own business for 28 years, retaining many of his clients for the whole duration.

It has always been Bruce’s desire to provide a service that truly benefits and aids the clients. This is his goal in real estate as well. He wants to assist his clients in attaining their dreams, whether buying, selling, or both. Bruce believes that applying integrity and honesty will help to achieve satisfaction for everyone involved. It is Bruce’s hope he can help clients achieve their goals in real estate.
