Bruce Wolter

Bruce Wolter was born and raised in Southern California. With roots in the Temecula Valley, Bruce can provide his clients with extensive knowledge of the communities in Orange County, Inland Empire, and surrounding areas.

Bruce’s real estate career started in 1997 in the title insurance industry. As a title insurance representative, he helped home buyers, sellers, and borrowers through the transfer of clear title. Bruce’s desire to further his career in real estate ultimately led him to pursue his real estate broker’s license.

After obtaining his broker’s license in 2008, Bruce opened Agent 1 Real Estate Inc. This local boutique brokerage helps buyers and sellers throughout Southern California. As the broker of Agent 1 Real Estate, Inc., Bruce is an active Realtor selling property, managing the day-to-day operations, and assisting other REALTORS® who work under the brokerage.

Bruce also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, a mortgage broker’s license through the Nation-Wide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and has a Senior Real Estate Specialist designation through the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Bruce spends his free time with his wife and two kids. His hobbies include golfing, mountain biking, camping, and classic cars! Bruce prides himself on being helpful and answering your real estate questions with no strings attached.
