Our relationship with Bruno Machado and Suzi Karr (Premier Sotheby’s International Realty of Orlando Florida) was most pleasant, professional with immense knowledge of our unique property. We found a lot of the realtors would provide comparable square foot values, but not include any amount for other property features. Bruno and Suzi attended every showing with every realtor that entered the property. Also assisted in all aspects of the buyers and our needs for closing, including attending both the home inspection and buyers walk through. This is the first time I have interacted with a realtor and felt like they earned every dollar.

Bruno is the epitome of a professional. Not only does he take the time to really know his product, he has done extensive research on the area to ensure he can provide the very best service to his clients - sellers and buyers alike. To be able to communicate with clients in 5 different languages is a huge help and I am impressed with Bruno's education - previous and ongoing. Thanks to his guidance, organizational skills and tenacity, our home sold much sooner than anticipated. Bruno is an extremely hard worker and it's evident in his results. Not only that, he is a pleasure to do business with. There are many real estate agents to choose from but all are certainly not created equal. I Highly recommend this gentleman's services!

Perfect as buyer’s agent and as a listing agent

This is our second transaction with Bruno. We bought our house with him and he now sold it for us.
Bruno has unique customer service skills. He knows Orlando’s real estate market really well and kept us informed along the whole process, making all the transaction super transparent.
From the beginning he differentiated himself from other Realtors. He carefully selected a professional photographer that highlighted all the selling features of our property. All the marketing material was of superior quality and he also asked us for floor plans, list of upgrades, invoices, etc. everything that would demonstrate value to a potential buyer. Bruno is a real professional.
Bruno accompanied every single showing of our property, including for buyers that had their own agent. He would always make sure that all lights were on, all shades were opened and that everything was in perfect condition for the showing. Also, he would always provide us with a feedback. That gave us peace of mind as we spent most of the listing time overseas. I knew we had an agent that was fully engaged on selling our property.
Bruno sent us 2 full reports every week that contained all the marketing activity and also all the views we had on line.
When we received our offer, Bruno surprised us again with his negotiation skills. He explained with details every paragraph of the contract and all the steps from the home inspection and appraisal, all the way to closing. Bruno also helped us to cancel all our utilities after closing as we were overseas.
Bruno is a full service Realtor and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend him.
I might change my house, but NEVER my REALTOR.

Bruno worked went above and beyond his real estate duties, working more as a consultant than as an agent. He help us throughout the process, from the pre-approval all the way to closing, always following up and answering all our questions. Bruno is checking on us even after closing and I'm comfortable to say that we became real friends after the purchase of our house. I don’t thing you could ask for more in a realtor. Bruno thoroughly researched the market, presented a comprehensive market strategy, and proposed a realistic asking price. The response was immediate. Within four days he delivered multiple qualified offers above asking price. After the house was under contract he remained closely involved and even assisted with our move. I have sold or bought several homes and this was far and away the best experience I’ve had in this area. Without any doubt I highly recommend Bruno Machado to handle your real estate needs.
