When buying a property from the other side of the country, you really needed to find a local agent we can trust, that represented our interest in the process. This describes Bruno and his Carlton International team. We found Bruno online through Google Local and his website. He engaged immediately with us and followed up until we were ready. We knew he would be a good fit based on his communication skill, his knowledge of the local market and every property he suggested. With this market insight and listening to what we wanted, we followed his recommendation and choose for a great house. That turned out to be just the tip of the iceberg of the benefits of having Bruno with us. From the offer negotiations to signing he and his team drove the process so smoothly and efficiently. They guided us through each step very quickly and efficiently always understanding that we were not in market and handling the inspections and appraisals. Bruno is such an amazing Realtor. My husband and I have been working with Bruno since 2014. We have purchased our first investment condominium, and bought a 2 second 2 years later. Then we bought a bigger home for ourself & Bruno rented it also for us. The latest transaction is the beach condo that i am rented on Airbnb which is an amazing rental. Bruno and his Carlton team found it for me after moving from Ft Laud to Miami. Bruno understood our budget and my needs and was available to find me the right property. The apartment located 2 blocks from the sandy beach of South Pointe, in the middle of South of fifth with has great restaurants and shops. On top of that the apartment has a large terrace which guests love a lot. Bruno negotiated the price and a couple of terms in my favor saving us money. I recommend using Bruno to anyone in need of real estate service.

Bruno is awesome! He found us our perfect home during a pandemic, was extremely thorough with inspections, and made the whole process less stressful. Since we are still in the process of packing and work in the same time from home, Bruno picked up the keys for us at closing, helped us get estimates for various services, and he continues to make trips out to the house and provide workers with access to the property. I've already recommended her to some of my close family and friends wishing to move to the area.

It was a pleasure working with Bruno and his team.  Everyone has their own primary roles and work as a cohesive team.  Bruno has extensive knowledge of the area and specifics all properties in our dealings with him when we were looking to buy (we had a different broker for that). Bruno was honest and upfront throughout our process. In fact, it was interacting with Bruno
and his Carlton International team during our home search the previous earlier that led us to hiring him.   A tenuous time in the market with the pandemic and with limited experience on our end (my wife and I have not much time on hand to waist!)... Bruno was reassuring and worked with us assisting with  various plans/scenarios.  It all worked out great in the end, as they found an excellent house that were a good fit for our unique needs.  Ashley was the team member that usually updated us with the loan and paperwork.  Bruno’s proficiency, as well as knowledge of the market is a perfect asset for people like us.  And Bruno is also the brilliant behind the scenes Broker.  He was extremely responsive and pleasant in dealing with, anticipating often a step ahead of our questions, concerns or needs.  Not sure the next time we'll need to buy or sell a property, but Bruno and team will be the ones we will use, and we highly recommend you consider them as well.
