Bryan Adams

Bryan was formerly with Keller Williams – Intown Atlanta, where he’d been since 2012.

He was licensed in 2001, brokered in 2004, served at an executive level, as Director of Marketing, leading marketing efforts for a regional multimillion-dollar developer and their subsidiary brokerage firm which had approximately 200 agents.

He works with business owners, investors & asset managers regarding all aspects of commercial real estate, while offering clients a tremendous amount of insight into market conditions, current & proposed developments, what they can expect through the transaction process.

He is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. and has been a committee member
for both Governmental Affairs & Education.

Bryan is also an active community member in his neighborhood, Summerhill, and currently
serves as Vice President, following terms as VP and Treasurer.

Being so actively involved in his industry and neighborhood has allowed him to develop close ties
to local government contacts and organizations that help keep his thumb on the pulse of
development activity, and trends.
