Bryan Delgado

Bryan Delgado became a sales associate for Roadstead Real Estate Advisors after working for a variety of companies, which makes his experience unique. His family is rooted in the Lowcountry, giving him valuable knowledge of the area. He attended the College of Charleston, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a focus in marketing and advertising. Working at Edens, a well-known retail developer in Columbia, South Carolina, helped create his drive to become a commercial agent. From there he went on to work as a Project Engineer for MDA Construction where he gained knowledge of development and commercial construction. Bryan’s ability to network and his awareness of the business landscape in Charleston has landed him in a promising position with Roadstead. He is determined to expand his knowledge of Charleston’s evolving economy to ensure sound commercial real estate investments for his clients. Bryan enjoys fishing, reading, sports, live music, and spending time with family.
