Bryan Levy

Bryan I. Levy, Esq. is the co-founder, managing broker, and chief legal officer of Cisca Real Estate. Bryan is a graduate of Florida International University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1993, and a graduate of New England School of Law, where he received a juris doctorate degree, cum laude, in 1997. After working for well-established law firms in Miami, Bryan founded Balleste & Levy, P.A. in 2001, specializing in real estate transactions- ranging from the complex multi-million dollar commercial transaction, to the more traditional purchase and sale of residential properties.

With over 17 years of legal experience in the real estate field, and multiple years of experience as a real estate broker, Bryan is able to extend a specific set of services to its clients, unique in that it combines the real estate aspect with the legal background, allowing our clients to maximize their real estate goals.
