Bryan Morford was born and raised in the Daytona Beach area. Not too many people can say that they're a native! He has always had a passion for real estate. Being the son of a building contractor, Bryan has been around the housing industry his whole life. He earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supervision and Management, graduating with honors. He is a retired Daytona Beach Police Sergeant, where he worked for 22 years, and served as the supervisor for the Traffic Unit, Narcotics, and SWAT. Having served this community with integrity and pride for over two decades, he has an unmatched knowledge of the community, thus allowing him to better serve his buyers, sellers, and investors.
Bryan's transition into real estate has been nothing short of impressive! In his first year in real estate, he was awarded the prestigious honor of "Rookie of The Year" by his supervisors and peers. In his second year, he earned "Executive Pro" status, in addition to top company sales for his office. In his third year, he earned "Diamond Pro" status, and top company sales for his office again. After that, he became a member of a three person powerhouse team, The Real Pros! His team immediately became the #1 team in the company with over $50 million a year in sales.
His biggest reward is solely raising his two children. He enjoys sharing his life with them, and showing them the beauties of... boating, diving, hunting, fishing, camping, etc. He is an active coach for their baseball and softball teams, and enjoys giving back his time to them and their teammates with his community involvement.
